In my time in Pennsylvania it was unquestionably either Missy Doll-Osterhout at Manheim Township or Bern McCauley at Great Valley. Both outstanding people and knowledgeable coaches who consistently had great teams (that I had the utmost pleasure of losing to most of the time!)
