As far as any one of us knows, there is no reason for this not to happen. There are at least 2-3 free Saturdays in February that can be used for playoffs. That said, I think that contacting the MNHSQB Board of Directors about this before they start planning next years' games would be a good idea. T...

Quizbowl was brought to Minnesota by Jan Baker, who used to coach Chaska. Why it's so popular in the outstate areas is a mystery. That's part true. OH -- on that note, we've purged most of the MN-centric sports questions and made them MUCH more universal. So those of you in, say, Maryland don't need to brush up that hard on, say, the 1987 Minnesota Twins' World Series run.
