Re: Announcement: SHAWARMA II (visual movies) [winter 2019]

I'm not sure if this will be run in the Midwest at anywhere that's not PIANO, but I certainly would be interested (perhaps an informal running at ICT?). I'd be glad to run this at ICT for those who haven't played it by then, ideally at a time that doesn't conflict with Lederberg Trinity, GOLBEZ, or...

Re: EFT at the University of Michigan (10/21)

I gave up waiting on UM TDs past and present and did the stats myself: http://www.hsquizbowl.org/db/tournaments/5168/ . Ohio State A cleared the field with a perfect 11-0 record, and Chicago A took second at 9-2. I seem to recall that third place was a three-way tie, which would mean that Michigan S...

Announcement: SHAWARMA II (visual movies) [winter 2019]

Since we already have FILM and Chomping Down at Shoney's running in August, and BUMPY II running in the fall, I think we're pretty set on film side events for the rest of 2018, and I'm therefore announcing SHAWARMA II for the 2019 winter semester.
