Congratulations to Georgia A for winning the tournament! Georgia Tech A came in second overall and won the Undergraduate category. Auburn placed second in the UG category as well. Georgia Tech C was the highest DII team. Stats.

We wanted the tournament to happen and were concerned that excluding players would mean we would not have enough teams to hold a viable tournament, given the short notice on which it was announced. Is there a reason you went with strict groups of 6, given that (as you mention) you have to play off-record immediately? EDIT: This reminds me of one of the other advantages of the chess-style pairings, is that repeats don't naturally happen until much later. Here, if you had started with 1-48, 2-4...

I designed a 7-round card schedule for Wolf War V (River Trail Middle School's tournament in Georgia) for the 48-team main draw. 1) Usually most of the Georgia discussion happens on the GATA forums, although that's been pretty quiet this year.
2) There are usually tryouts at JV state, bee-style. I believe Scott Fowler and Rand Wise are the people in charge of Georgia's NASAT teams.
