Re: Specific Question Discussion Thread
On the topic of the post-painterly abstraction bonus, I just checked my modern art textbook and Mountains and Sea is one of the paintings talked about in the section titled "post-painterly abstraction" and appears alongside a quote from Greenberg about post-painterly abstraction, and that'...

Re: EFT 2018 - Specific Question Discussion
For the Critique of Pure Reason bonus, if I recall correctly, it said that David Hume read it and it awoke him from his "dogmatic slumbers." This is wrong, Kant read and said that about Hume. Hume died before Critique of Pure Reason was published. Edit: Also, maybe most people playing didn...

I think acronym should be in power for both. In the div II version, there is almost no initial indication what the tossup is looking for, since ...

The wikipedia page for taxi driver ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxi_Driver) claims the theme uses a saxophone.

I'm pretty sure that the Yom Kippur War tossup was mentioned as being ended by the Camp David Accords. That was a very confusing moment, because the Yom Kippur War ended 5 years before the Accords were signed.

The question said that the lion must recognize traps and the fox must fight off wolves. It's the other way around. Also, was there a reason that palm trees were not acce...
