VCU is hosting a mirror of Florida Spring Tournament on March 23 (college) and a mirror of NAQT IS-177 on April 27 . FYI IS-177 was used by JHU earlier in the year so many DC area teams won't be able to attend that tournament (I say this mostly because on this thread the set for the Hopkins tournam...

This tournament is now a platinum qualifier for PACE NSC! This means that the top 25% of the teams will qualify for the NSC in Reston this June.

I think the transparent part of that tossup isn’t just the “being set to music” stuff but the pronoun “these biblical texts” itself. Very few things other than the psalms fit that pronoun at all (maybe the gospels I guess?) so the question can easily be frauded in power.
