TQBA ran a mirror of KABO September 1st. It was full RR among 10 teams followed by an optional power-matched game. Rice went undefeated. The second-place team, CRACK, was a team of former LASA players with former Seven Lakes player Daniel Chapman. LASA A and St. John's were both 7-3.

The Round 17 match between Bellarmine (14-0-1) and Hunter (14-1) is essentially serving as an advantaged final for the NAQT portion of our event. If Hunter wins, they play once more in a winner-take-all match.

Yeah, I don't think anyone really wants that, though I may underestimate Father Gregory's zeal. I see no point in arguing over the alleged imperfections of rankings that are vastly superior evaluations than anything I would offer in their place.
