There are 3 teams in a room.
You get 15 seconds to confer time per buzz.
If a moderator is interrupted, he/she has to re-read the question from the beginning if the answer given by the team is wrong.

For the purposes of this tournament, I don't think byes meant anything... I think the entire system for the rankings was based on Win/Loss record from actual games played, which is what happens at the HSNCT. Visit this thread for a discussion of the system. Other than that, it was a good tournament....
