I responded to that 4 thing on the Tournament page, there are actually 6 teams qualified. But that possible Central Hardin Danville matchup in the second round looks pretty interesting.

Actually, NAQT is counting top 6, JV and Varsity. Therefore, it's 15% times the total number of teams that were there. I believe the other two were Madisonville North Hopkins and Dobyns Bennet. I'm pretty sure that's it, but I'll get back to everyone.

I think round robin would be great for state, but who knows. Dunbar had a below average region, but eh. I really think that while regional and district scores can be impressive and may give some idea about state scores, they are definitely not foolproof, and in some cases give horrible indications. ...

Dunbar will be hosting an NAQT tournament on March 3rd. It will feature NAQT questions as well as house written worksheets. Despite the addition of the worksheets, it is still an NAQT qualifier for NAQT nationals. We are expecting approximately 32 teams in the varsity division and 16 teams in the JV...

Wouldn't the best ranking be a peer system? That is, have a large group vote for say, 50 people to vote. Those 50 could vote for whomever they choose on a monthly basis. That would be relatively easy? Maybe? I'm just shooting out an idea, disregard it if it's stupid.

I must say, hats off to KAAC. Those questions, the QR ones atleast, were the best GovCup questions I have had the pleasure of playing.

Actually, no. It said something about him being pioneering a home gym system or some other random clue. Schwarzenegger wasn't a bad guess, especially considering that the question was probably written before Mr. Norris reached the fame he has today.

Dunbar has not had an excellent year so far. We finished in the final four at Ezell Harding, losing to Dorman. And then at Walton, we had horrible prelims, and lost in the second round of the playoffs, in what our coach called 'the worst game ever.' It was awesome.
