Re: Postseason Poll
I can't imagine a team that doesn't do better or worse depending on their mood and how much sleep they got. Berkeley B's top bracket run looks very compelling - knocking off Northwestern after their cinderella run and Penn for good measure, wish I had a chance to do that at my first Nats. Seems like...

I thought the bio was just fine - my only issues were the lactate leadin and the repetition of adrenal glands, the latter of which I can see isn't the biggest problem. The "easy" answerlines felt appropriate for the overall flavor of the set, at least at our site, and I appreciate the deci...

Also, I think the first clue in the lactic acid tossup actually points to lactose -- Eric buzzed on the MacConkey agar clue and was negged, although at the end we let him have it since I believe the wording implied that the answerline was fermented to produce the pink color. Oxford Open mirror at NYU 03/25/17
Hi all, As previously discussed, there are plans to have a mirror of Oxford Open at NYU on Saturday, 3/25/17. It looks like the preference is for Oxford Open, and on 3/25/17, so we'll go with that. The site will most likely be NYU, with the exact location pending. Since we're planning to run it with bye teams staffing, the field cap is 9 teams, for now. Apologies to anyone who picked 4/1; I didn't see that ...

Gauging interest for late spring Oxbridge mirror in NYC
I've talked to some people about potentially organizing an Oxford or Cambridge mirror in NYC in the last two weeks of March, or in April avoiding either national. I think this could be a self-running tournament if we can find enough staff and the field isn't too large; it could also be staffed using...

3. ACF Fall becomes a PADAWAN-style training ground for inexperienced writers.
