I know they delivered to me at least a few times in college. Given that a deep dish can take up to 40 some odd minutes to complete, I'd highly recommend ordering early and checking in with them at least a couple of days beforehand to verify they can actually accommodate such a large order.

Just an update: I would say an unaffiliated team from my school will be there with 70-80% certainty even if it is only two people. Is there any sort of discount for 'being shorthanded or a new team?
