Second Bill's disclaimer.

The 6th (?) and final edition of this happened in summer 2000, and was moved from Penn to GWU. I believe it was packet submission, and decent quality by the standards of the time. We sent one Princeton team, which beat 3 Boys and a Goy in the final.

Peter, if you didn't know, the NAQT National Championship (which we plan on attending, likely) is choosing not to use any math computation questions for its tournament. It merely leaves them in their regular sets (a smaller amount than in any previous year, to my recollection) to teams can use them...

Updated to add the New England site (MIT; contact Andy Watkins). Like the Indiana setup, this is a combined bid with rooms from one school and staff from another (in this case a combination of the Boston-area circuit teams).

Have you made an announcement yet on the Region 1 (US) SCT, or any progress on finding a Region 2 host? We haven't announced the New England host yet (we're waiting on confirmation of room reservations, which hasn't happened over the holiday break). I've not heard anything about a possible region 2...

I also agree with this, and I am again not arguing for comp math, but NAQT is the only set that contains comp math that I have played, and most of their questions do not contain 7 clues. This is a bug, not a feature. More of our questions should contain at least 7 clues. The shorter character limit...
