Something I've noticed about the evolving canon - I've read pyramidal tossups from the early-mid 90s with the very first clue being something that is now towards the end of a question simply because that clue has become ingrained in quizbowl since those questions were asked.

I should mention that that moderator mentioned was actually being awful and dictatorial. No protests, no remotely alternate answers (ie Carrie Meeber for sister carrie), and not being good in general. But that doesn't change the rest.

If possible, I'm all for making it a college-level tournament (between ACF fall and regionals, say). I think there are some high schoolers who could do some pretty good packets. Maybe there could be a combined friday/Saturday event (have some prelims friday night, and playoffs saturday night).
