VHSL States is 2/28, Region deadline is 2/14, and conference deadline is 1/31. The regional and conference tourneys are scheduled independently and must be completed by the deadline dates.

The Difficulty Index is pretty good, except, I believe that NASAT is meant to be regular college difficulty. I know when we practice on NASAT sets we drop a handful of toss-ups per round, while we nearly never drop a PACE question in practice by the give away.

I think that the lunch break is important. You want to eat the right kind and amount of food at lunch, some people take a real nosedive in energy if they eat too much at lunch. A good night's rest the night before the tournament can't hurt. You can only "run on adrenaline" for so long.
