Tournament directors need to be available to fix the problems and adjudicate the protests that may occur before and during play. This can't happen promptly if the TD is reading. Field and logistics information updated in my first post in this thread. Note the current soft cap of 18 teams and the process if more than 18 teams register and I do not have enough moderators to run a tournament with more than 18 teams.
