Let us know how many team you expect and how many rounds you wanted to run. We can come up with several scenarios for you.

What they said about the field size is accurate. I once used the card system with 9 teams. A bad, bad idea.

My team C would really like to earn a berth to Chicago (not that I'm sure they would actually go, but..)

So we want 27 teams at this tournament cuz 27 * 0.15 = 4.05. That should be enough room for CR A, MP A, Charter A-C.

Addendum: I put in that we are using 92. Anything else?

What happened was the jv file was left at school the day of the tournament. So I was able to work on the varsity file, but jv (which I think was missing a scoresheet that I still have to dig for) is not done. No problem at all. I just found a voicemail from the Ranney coach, so we are back at 30 in varsity.

No problem at all. I'm used to changes up to and including the morning of the event. It just helps with the planning. I'm hoping JV stays right at 24, that would fit into the intended schedule well. I could be wrong on this, but I think that negs were to discourage interrupt buzzing on the early College Bowl shows so that the audience would hear the entire question.

I personally wouldn't mind if negs went away. You're already punished in that the other team can hear the balance of the tossup.

Yes, there will be JV bracket. The whole point of this tournament is to have a JV bracket, and I wish more tournaments (esp. in the beginning of the year) would do so.

Note that I had to change my date (again!). Hopefully this is the "final answer".
