More than likely, this will end up being our final field, so barring future registrations, the format is going to be a full round robin between the ten teams, plus finals/tiebreaker games as necessary.

EDIT: Unless someone else wants to register a team, I will be putting in another team from Kirksville and rounding out the field that way. The format would be 2 pools of 6, with top 3 going to a playoff bracket, and Advantaged finals/tiebreakers as necessary.

One team has dropped (thank the :capybara: they didn't wait until Friday to tell me), so I have dropped a Kirksville team from the field. We'll be doing a full round robin over nine rounds, and still offering a tiebreaker/advantage final as necessary.

After a very long day of quiz bowl, I am happy to say that this tournament ran very well. I will post full stats later in the week, but I can tell everybody that Kirksville A was first, Helias A was second, and Kirksville B was third. We didn't play an advantage final because Helias had to get back home for something, so both them and Kirksville A agreed to make their round 9 match the match to decide 1st and 2nd.

I'd first of all like to thank Jeff Hill, who came up from Kansas City to read for the tournament. I'd also like to thank my teammates Jared McNett, Kyle Goff, Kevin Robb, Isaac Baumann, and Justin Bayer for staffing, and also Kent Buxton of course. Thanks are also due to the University of Minnesota for writing the set, and Coach Odzinksi for working with me and getting the staff food, and also for giving me a lot of leeway to direct this.
