Western HS Invitational (Las Vegas, NV)--01/23/2016

Western High School (Las Vegas, NV) is proud to announce that our 2nd annual invite has been approved and scheduled for January 23rd, 2016. All high school quiz bowl teams are cordially invited to attend. We're going to set a preliminary cap at 16 teams but we're also willing to expand the field if interest is high. Just as an FYI, all profits from this tournament are being donated to two of our science teachers who just had a baby boy that has a rare liver disease.

Entry Fee: $60 per team, $50 for any additional team from the same school. These fees will be dropped to $50 and $40, respectively, if we get at least 12 teams to sign up.

Any moderators and scorekeepers living in the Vegas area are certainly welcome to contact us about helping out. We'll also gladly take help from anyone who's out-of-state and in the need of a Vegas weekend with no snow and ice..............

Just wanted to give a quick update on numbers for the WHS Invite. We are currently at 10 teams who have signed up for January 23rd.

If we can get 2 more, entry fees will drop by $10 per team. Also, our cap for this field is 16.
