Boise State Bronco Bowl II (April 17)

Boise State will host Bronco Bowl II on April 17 on the campus of Boise State. (Room reservations pending, but it should be in the Student Union.) We'll start at 9 AM, and end around 3 PM, depending on the number of teams.

We'll be using NAQT question set IS-93.

As NAQT will be providing the questions free to us, we'll pass on the savings, and charge just $10 for the copies of questions.

After seeing teams over the last few days and sending out an e-mail, I have a tentative list of teams. None have confirmed yet, but all have expressed interest:

Bishop Kelly (1-2 teams)
Idaho Arts
Rocky Mountain (if the students don't mind playing before the prom)
Community School
Treasure Valley Math & Science
Riverstone
And I think probably Kuna, too
St. Joseph Catholic (in Ogden, Utah) has said they might send 4 teams.

There may still be others interested in coming.

If TVMS sends just 1 team (which is likely), we'll have a nice round number of 12 teams playing. (Juan Diego and St. Joseph are both driving up from the Salt Lake City area.)

Juan Diego A won the tournament, going undefeated.

Treasure Valley Math & Science and Juan Diego B tied for second, with TVMS edging out JD B by the ppb tiebreaker.

(There may be some slight errors with some of the teams at the bottom and some of the player scores on teams where they rotated players in and out. I may go back and fix those, or I might just leave them like this. The overall record doesn't reflect the standing since we split into brackets and had some cross-bracketed games that don't count in the standings.)
