Thank you so much for your kind offer to moderate. Especially driving all the way up from Springfield, wow! I do believe that we will be fine for moderators, however. We have sent e-mails to coaches all over the state. Thanks again and Happy New Year!

You scored Ottawa Wallace? This will be interesting*.
*Interesting = First known exposure to NAQT rules and pyramidal toss-ups.

I sent coach the rules and they were ok with it. We have gone to one of Ottawa's tournaments and they are in our regional as they are the closest 1A school to Rockford. Hopefully we can win another NAQT convert :)the return of AHAN wrote:You scored Ottawa Wallace? This will be interesting*

With Barrington Prairie needing to drop, where do you stand, field-wise, now? I should have enough to field 3 teams in a pinch, if necessary, seeing as it'll be 4 v 4.

I'll leave the full congraulating to the TDs, but for now, congratulations to Barrington Station A, who went undefeated in the playoffs to win.
The playoff stats are here, and the combined stats for the full day are here.
The playoff stats include the games carried over from the morning that teams would otherwise have played twice.

Thanks to the organizers, moderators, scorekeepers, and volunteers who made this tournament happen and happen well. It was lots of fun of to see some established and some newly emerging teams and staff getting involved. My kids had a great (and tiring) time.
