Jr. Wildcat V

Post by Dan-Don »

Northwestern University will host Jr. Wildcat 5 on March 8, 2014. I will be the Tournament Director.

Question set
We will be using NAQT's Middle School Series set #10. Teams in the Leyden-Norwood League will have heard these questions and therefore cannot play this tournament.

Tournament rules
We will follow all collegiate rules of the Academic Competition Federation with on exception: there will be 15-point powers. This also means we will be skipping all computational math questions.

Tournament format
The field is currently capped at 24 teams. All 24 teams will play 10 matches. By registering for Jr. Wildcat, you are agreeing to stay and play all 10 matches. If you do not intend to play all 10 matches, then do not register for Jr. Wildcat.

Registered field (field full at 24 teams)
Barrington Prairie x2, Barrington Station x4, Daniel Wright x2, Holy Cross x2, Keith Country Day School, Marshall x2, Metcalf x2, Quest x3, St. Anne x2, St. Mary's Visitation x3, St. Raymond

Wait list
St. Raymond B, Maple School, Alphonsus Academy, Sunset Ridge A, Sunset Ridge B

To register, you must fill out this form. Registrations in the form of forum posts or emails or anything else that is not this form will not be counted.
