Gauging Interest for Historature at HSNCT and/or PACE

Post by naan/steak-holding toll »

Hi all,

With the Nationals season quickly approaching, I figured it would be a good time to see how many people would be interested in a mirror of Historature at HSNCT. Historature is a charity side event to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. The cost to enter is $15 per player and 100% of proceeds will be donated to charity.

In terms of difficulty, the tournament is a good bit tougher than PACE and HSNCT in order to accommodate a wide audience, including a number of staff who will be at these events. However, a large majority of the answerlines will be appropriate for PACE or HSNCT. If you're interested in learning more about the tournament, please refer to our initial post.

Best,

I'd play this at HSNCT.

If you're interested in playing at either of these events (or both) please indicate so by marking your name in the "Free Agents" column on the signup sheets of the PACE and HSNCT sites of this sheet. We are currently talking with other people who want to run side events in order to avoid eating up / exhausting the entire pool of interested people, and if mirroring at just one of these sites can capture most of the audience, then that would be fine. We plan to have a Skype/Discord mirror as well (possibly multiple) in order to allow as many people to play the set as possible / maximize donations.

Would the HSNCT event be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night?

Bumping this thread.

If folks are interesting in organizing an HSNCT mirror of this, or any other sort of "side events weekend" mirror, I'm happy to let someone use the set. I'll be organizing PACE and online mirrors later.
