College freshman quizbowl contact form

Hello quizbowlers,

ACF's outreach department is putting together a contact list of incoming college freshmen to get college teams in contact with players who may be coming to their school. (For players who are attending schools that do not have quizbowl teams, filling out this form may be helpful to get into contact with other teams in your region.) We sent around forms at NSC, and hopefully coaches have already received (or will soon receive) a link to the online version of the form.

I'm posting a link to the Google form here. Entering your info only takes a second, and it's a great way to get info on college quizbowl, even if you're not entirely sure if you're going to continue playing.

If you have already entered your information on the paper form at NSC, we've already entered it in, so you don't have to do it again.
