Ugly template at left. Feel free to go with the black border on yours, it looks better on the board. Mine needed a different approach because of all the black in the poster.

I recommend we go with horror-type cult movies this month and save Office Space, Breakfast Club, etc. for a future cult movies month.

Just a question: how does one actually get to those avatars? Or do we have to make them ourselves?

You do have to make them on your own; the easiest way is to save off another one and just paste over the picture using anything from MSPaint to Photoshop, then delete the text portion on the bottom and replace it with the appropriate text for your avatar.
