Central Hardin Academic Challenge

Central Hardin High School is pleased to announce the 2nd annual academic challenge on September 24, 2005. After popular response from our first tournament in January we will be hosting our second tournament this coming September. Also, we will host a JV Division---we will accept 24 Varsity teams and 24 JV teams (defined as 9th and 10th graders or lower). the cost will be $60 for the first team, $55 for the second and $50 for any additional teams.

The format will be similar to the January tournament with 15 tossups and bounceback bonuses, 15 question worksheet and 10 pyramid questions. All teams will be guaranteed 5 games with a single elimination playoff round after lunch.

Central Hardin High School is coveniently located off of I-65 approximately 40 miles south of Louisville, Kentucky. Hotels are reasonably priced and within 4 miles of the school.
