Enloe Magnet High School will host the fifth annual Golden Eagle Bowl on Saturday, September 24th, 2016 in the Tower building on Enloe's campus. We will be the North Carolina exclusive mirror for WHAQ. The authors of the 2016-2017 question set of WHAQ are seeking PACE certification and Enloe will be seeking this as well. The field will be capped initially at 20 teams, possibly to expand with demand.
Registration fee will be $65 for the initial team from any school, $60 for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th team. A school is capped at no more than 4 teams from the school until 5 days prior to the tournament. If your school is interested in fielding more than 4 teams, please let us know in your registration email. There is a $5 discount for each working buzzer system your school can bring, up to 4 buzzers. There is also a $10 discount for schools that travel more than 175 miles to the tournament (according to Google maps). Checks for registration fees may be mailed in advance to the address below.
To register for the tournament, please email [email protected] with the number of teams, number of buzzers, coach's name and contact information. An invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Checks for registration fees may be mailed in advance (address below) or brought the day of the tournament.
There are numerous local restaurants nearby for lunch. Domino's Pizza will deliver if ordered online about 60-75 minutes in advance. In case of inclement weather, this is an advisable option.
