The field is now full, and all teams should have received an email. Please email me at [email protected] if this is not the case.

I still need to enter the last round of games and finals into the above, but...

After losing to them in the last round of the playoffs, Ithaca defeated Lehigh Valley 500-350 in a one-game final to win the 2017 Bergen Academies Spring Quizbowl Tournament. Meanwhile, West Egg defeated High Tech 350-340 in the last round of the playoffs to force a playoff for third place, which they won 380-370 (OT).

Alex Schmidt of Lehigh tallied a remarkable 190 PPG in the prelims to claim the individual title. Samuel Kao (High Tech), John Phibbs (Mather), Haggai Anglade (North Babylon), and Ron Mucci (Mountain Lakes) rounded out the top five.

The set is not quite clear, so if you have comments, please join the BASQT 2017 discussion forum.

We apologize that the tournament went on longer than anticipated, and appreciate your patience. Thanks for coming, and we hope to see you again in 2018!
