Sky Captain Invitational (Danville, KY) 3/25/17 (IS 164)

The Danville High School Quiz Bowl Team is happy to announce the Sky Captain Spring Invitational on March 25. 2017 in Danville, KY.

We will be using NAQT's IS-164 as our question set and each game will have 20 tossups with 20 bonuses. We will be using powers, negs, and no bouncebacks on bonuses.

Registration will be from 8-8:45am, with tournament matches beginning at 9am. Teams will play a round robin within pools in the morning, then will be re-bracketed based on performance in the afternoon.

Our initial field is capped at 24 teams, with no limit on the number of teams a school can enter. The base fee for each team is $70, with a $5 discount for providing a buzzer system (1 per team) and a $10 discount if you are able to provide an experienced moderator (check with us first).
