Do we have any documented proof of the existence of quiz bowl in North Dakota/Southern Manitoba?

I know, FWIW, that South Dakota has somewhat of a circuit, as does Montana (they have a state-wide TV show with an Eastern and a Western 32-team single-elim tournament, then a final between the two halves)
