UC Irvine Quiz Bowl (Yes, it's alive!) is pleased to announce we will be hosting the Southern California mirror of Penn Bowl on October 24th, 2015. Please email Oishee Shemontee at [email protected] to register. Include the following information in your email: School, number of teams, number of moderators, number of working buzzer systems. Pricing:
Base fee: $120 per team
Minimum fee: $40 per team
Working buzzer discount: $5 each
Approved moderator discount: $15 each
Travel discount: $10 per 200 miles one way (according to Google Maps)

Field:
UCLA - 1 team, 1 buzzer
UCSD - 1 team, 1 buzzer, 1 mod
CSU Northridge - 1 team
UCI - 1 team

Because of this tournament is the day before Missouri Open at UCSD (SoCal Weekend of Quizbowl ), I may be able to put up a small number of people at my place the night after this tournament so that they won't have to make twice as many long drives in one weekend. PM me if you think you and your team needs this.
