According to the College Bowl Website these are the teams attending the Section 7 Regionals on the weekend of Feb. 21th 2004. Also, Last year's finish is next to the team's name
Albion College-12th
Alma College-10th
Bowling Green Univ.-13th
Capital Univ.-11th
Kent State Univ.-3rd
Michigan State Univ.-2nd
Oakland Univ.-8th
Ohio Univ. at Athens-New
Shawnee State Univ.-9th
Ohio State Univ.-4th
Univ. of Dayton-New
Univ. of Michigan at Ann Arbor-1st
Univ. of Michigan at Flint-15th
Wayne State Univ.-7th
Wlimington College-14th
Wright State Univ.-5th
It looks as though with 16 teams they'll split into two divisions like last year, with the previous years 1 and 4 in one division, 2 and 3 in the other and everyone else chosen seemingly at random. Anyway, hope that this helps somewhat and good luck on the 21st

Probably someone who doesn't understand that even CBI questions aren't shitty enough to prevent Michigan from easily destroying everyone in that region.
Either that or someone was just trying to be humorous.
Edit: There's a slight chance another team could win if Michigan decides not to send any of their top seven or eight players.
