Looking to start a middle school team in San Jose CA

Hi, I'm trying to help my brother start a team at Miller Middle School in San Jose, California. I also have a quite a bit of playing experience in high school and college so that part is out of the way. Any tips on how to recruit players and work with administration? Thanks!
