Is the second "CCCT" of 2015 (March 27-28, Atlanta Hilton) meant to be an announcement that 2015 ICT is in Atlanta?

Will the ICT continue to have a 32-team field?

We expect that the 2014 ICT will continue to have 32 teams in each division. It is possible that might change, depending on the number of teams that play the 2014 SCT.

Podcasts and scoresheets from the 2013 ICT now have their own thread. --JTH

Since it currently says that the 2015 ICT will be confined to Saturday, does that mean that NAQT is also not contemplating the expanded schedule for that year as well?

Alternatively, CO-style midnight games!

2015 field size is still under discussion (and we almost certainly won't make a decision until after we see the size and strength of the 2014 SCT fields). In any case, I'm confident we could expand the ICT fields within reason (eg, 36- or 40-team divisions) without going as late as midnight.

Has there been, or will there be, a revisiting of the idea of expanding either or both divisions at the 2014 ICT to 36 teams, given the large number of SCT sites and interested teams?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I counted 33 teams listed as having bids.

Two of them have been declined. We will be issuing another invitation soon, likely tomorrow.

My issue is that I thought ICT was a 32-team field, and I'm confused as to why 33 bids would be issued initially. It's irrelevant, but still, I was wondering.

One host bid was declined before the performance invitations went out.

Congratulations to Virginia, who defeated Yale 330-325 in a one-game final to win the 2014 ICT Division I title! Yale claimed the Undergraduate title. In Division II, Harvard defeated Northwestern 390-290 in the first game of an advantaged final. The Top Community College award was won by Valencia A.

Did anyone happen to see a black notebook with a Harvard logo on it? I think I accidentally left it in the Grand Ballroom after the awards ceremony, and I was wondering if anyone from NAQT picked it up.

I have it; I called your teammate but he didn't manage to find me in time. Where should I send it? Anything need scanning for immediate study or turning in?
