Yale Student Academic Competitions is pleased to announce our mirror of MYSTERIUM, a collaboration between us and Maryland, on 2 April, 2016. Full details about the tournament can be found at the global announcement: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=17848. I also personally apologize for the delay in this announcement.
Registration will begin at 9AM and games will start promptly at 9:30. The tournament will take place in Linsly-Chittenden Hall. To register, please email me at [email protected], and include "MYSTERIUM" somewhere in the subject line. As of right now, the field is capped at 16 teams, but it is possible that it will be raised.
Fees
Base fee: $100
Discounts:
-$5 per working set of buzzers (must include at least eight functional units that light up and make noise)
-$10 per approved staffer
Minimum fee: $65
Payment — check or cash — is required on or before the day of the tournament. We will supply invoices upon request. If you plan to pay by check, the check must be made out to “Y. Student Academic Competitions.” Do NOT make checks payable to “Yale Student Academic Competitions.” Checks should be given to us on the day of the tournament, or, if that's not possible, can be sent to:

Please disregard the note about packet discounts in the original post. We will be writing the entire set ourselves, so they will not be included.

MIT A won in the second round of an advantaged final over Harvard. Congratulations to both teams, and thanks to everyone for coming out!

The stats appear to be missing a prelim game; also, I think our score against NYU B is wrong (though I lost my notebook so I can't verify).Grace wrote:Final stats available here.

Apologies--SQBS keeps eating my entered stats, and I simply don't know what's wrong.
