2017 EFT at New College of Florida (09/30)

On September 30th, New College of Florida (in Sarasota, map in hyperlink) will be hosting a mirror of the 2017 Early Fall Tournament. The difficulty of the set will approximately be between that of ACF Fall and ACF Regionals.
Location and Time
We'll be playing the tournament in the Academic Center, or ACE. The location is right across from the Jane Bancroft Cook library, or just number 18 on this map. We expect to have registration run from around 8:15 to 9:00, with Round 1 starting shortly afterwards. I'll be sending out more details shortly on round strcture and lunch times modulo any final changes to the field.
Registration
Anybody in college, community college and high school is welcome to play this tournament. To register, email me at [email protected] and let me know how many teams your school will be sending and the number of staffers and buzzer sets you'll be bringing.
Fee Structure
Base Fee: $120
Buzzers: -$5 per functioning buzzer set
Staffers: -$15 per staffer with a working laptop
Distance: -$10 per 200 miles one way
Minimum Fee: $60 per team
Misc
The exact time and location are still TBD, but we will likely start registration 8-ish and try to start round 1 at 9. We will try to make sure that every team gets to play at least 10 rounds. If you have any other questions, feel free to email me.
