Stanford Weekend of Quiz Bowl (August 4–5, 2018)

Stanford will be hosting the Bay Area’s annual Weekend of Quiz Bowl this year on the weekend of August 4–5. The schedule will be as follows:
Saturday, August 4:
NASAT
OCTAVIAN and Imaginary Landscape (concurrently)
Sunday, August 5:
CO Trash
WORLDSTAR
The Human Use of Human Beings
All events for the weekend are open, so anyone who has not already been exposed to the questions may play any event with any team. We will have teams of four for each event, although we may adjust the format for the side events depending on interest. There is a team formation spreadsheet here if you wish to find a team.

- phone number(s) by which we can reach you the day of the tournament
fees:
NASAT and CO Trash:
- NASAT base fee: $100/team
- CO Trash base fee: $60/team
- buzzer discount: −$8/buzzer/day
- staffer discount: −$16/staffer/event
- $15/player for the first event
- $10/player for each subsequent event
- staffer discount: −$5/event staffed
