How are y'all defining new to Quiz Bowl for the sake of that discount?

Re: ACF Fall at Alabama (11/6/11)
WKU will probably have 1-2 (possibly more) teams at this. We would have maybe had more interest for a Saturday tournament, but I have a feeling that some members of our club aren't going to be happy with returning late on a Sunday night, and will choose to not go when they may have otherwise. Either way we're going to try to get as many people to go as absolutely possible and I'll email you when I get more precise numbers.

Millsaps is interested in possibly sending two teams (one would be novice if we sent two).

Harding should be attending this with at least one team. Maybe two.

LSU is likely interested. We'd have at least 2 teams, including 1 novice team.

Tulane is probably interested, potentially with 2-3 teams, one of which would most likely be novice. Ambiguity!

Actually, Tulane can no longer attend this event due to some scheduling conflicts.TulaneKQB wrote:Tulane is probably interested, potentially with 2-3 teams, one of which would most likely be novice. Ambiguity!

So, yeah, UF is coming to this.
Edit: We don't know when we will get our packets in. We are going to try really hard to get them in tomorrow, but there was some miscommunication within the program and we will try to remedy it.

Georgia Tech and Florida went 9-0 and 8-1 respectively in round-robin play, then Florida took the first game of the advantaged final. The second game was in progress when I left, more is sure to come later.
