Open Skype Summer Practices

Raynell Cooper, Arun Chonai, and I are all interested in continuing having open skype summer practices this year. Last year they were run very informally and usually pretty late at night whenever enough people wanted to play some quizbowl. NOTE: If moderators feel like merging this with the other skype thread, then I have no problems with that being done. I created a separate thread because that thread specifically mentions High School players.
