(3/1/14) ATTACK III - Centennial HS (GA)

Centennial High School, in Roswell, GA, is pleased to announce the third edition of our tournament ATTACK (Academic Team Tournament Authorized by the Centennial Knights), on March 1st, 2014! This a varsity tournament and all teams are welcome.

Location: Centennial High School, 9310 Scott Rd. Roswell, GA 30076

Format
We will be doing round-robin preliminary rounds and then rebracket into playoff groups. All teams are guaranteed a significant number of games. We will tentatively field cap this at 24 teams but potentially expand this depending on if we get enough interest.

Fees
Base of $65 per team.
Possible discounts:
-$5/workable buzzer system (limit 1)
-$5/experienced worker (limit 1, we may not need them depending on how many readers we can get.)
-$10 to out of state teams
-$5 on the base fee for each additional team entered (the second team only costs $60, third is 55, and so on).

Schools will be limited to three teams. Make checks payable to "Centennial High School". Mail them to: Chad Hoge, Centennial High School, 9310 Scott Rd. Roswell, GA 30076

Questions
We will be using BELLOCO (a set written by Bellarmine College Preparatory). The distribution can be found on their announcement post. Rounds are 20/20 and the tossups do not have power marks.

Field update 2/3, we're about half full.

I asked my coach to send out a reminder that we have about a month left, so I will accompany that with a reminder here! We are half full, our trash tournament is nearing completion (most of the video game stuff is done), and everyone is looking forward to it! For those who have expressed interest, please confirm as soon as possible, and for others, please consider coming over to Centennial for a day of fun competition!
