Does NAQT think that the evaluations, as currently set up, are effective in providing appropriate feedback for readers? Has NAQT made decisions about moderators based off these evaluations?

The above question was based off a post I saw on Facebook about moderator evaluations, which I conflated with the question set/tournament evaluations that are posted above.
So, in conclusion, this was definitely Cody Voight's fault and not my own.
