2017 NAQT SCT North @ U of MN (2/4/17)

Play Quiz Bowl LLC pleased to be hosting National Academic Quiz Tournaments' 2017 Sectional Championship Tournament at the University of Minnesota on Saturday, February 4th. This tournament will determine eligibility for the 2017 ICT, and I hope to see many of your teams there. Logistics for the tournament are below:

The SCT entry fee will be $125 for the first team from a school and $100 for each subsequent team. The following discounts will also apply:

- Working buzzer system: $10
- Working, easy-to-use clock: $5
- Moderator - $30
- New school (has not competed in or hosted etiher of the last two SCTs): $20

Games will take place at Blegen Hall on the campus's west bank (if you've been to a tournament there before, this is the usual place). The opening meeting will take place at around 8:45 in Heller Hall, which is next door to Blegen.

Stats!

Minnesota A and Minnesota C ran the tables in DI and DII, respectively. Congrats to both of them, and thanks to today's teams and staffers for being part of a very fun and successful day.
