Because I have an 11-year history of not running ACF Fall without trying some screwball uber-novice side event, the (low-key 2nd annual!) version of Pioneer Collegiate Novice will take place on the afternoon and evening of FRIDAY, November 2 in the Meen Center of Tusculum University, in advance of Tusculum's offering of ACF Fall.
The discounting of your entry fee for PCN if you play both PCN and ACF Fall should be obvious.
