I'm quite pleased to announce Lederberg 4: Ghost Field, a tossup-only science subject tournament to be played at or around ICT 2024. The distribution will be as follows:
4 Biology
4 Chemistry
4 Physics
3 Astro + ES
2 Math
2 CS
2 Data Science/Stats/Applied Math
The difficulty will be similar to previous incarnations (i.e. "not easy") and the cost will be $15 per person. There will likely be 8 packets.
As usual, I'd like to train newer science writers. If you, or your younger teammates, are interested in writing for this tournament, please get in contact with me through the usual channels. Your questions will be greatly appreciated.
Furthermore, I would love input from more experienced writers whose areas of expertise are different from mine. Especially for those of you who have deep knowledge of the "other" science categories, or those categories that are underrepresented in QB, your input would be particularly appreciated. If you have any interest in contributing, please let me know.
