Scobol/QBBot help?

I'm trying to upload the bot for practice (I'm aware this isn't the best way to study, but my team is trying to practice in some way despite the fact we can't be at the same place at the same time), and for whatever reason I can't open it without an error message. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
