This tournament is open to all teams (MS and HS) from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, DC (new), Maryland (new), and Virginia (new). Teams outside these states must request an exception to play the mirror by emailing me at andrewgao5398@gmail.com OR DMing me on Discord (pandruwu#0754), and all such exceptions must be approved by the KICKOFF team.
