All teams are required to provide a moderator. If you are unable to provide a moderator or if you have multiple moderators that you can provide, please email amar.patel@warren.kyschools.us to let me know.
We will be using the SWISS CARD SYSTEM for seeding at this tournament. For KY teams, this is similar to the high school seeding format at KAAC State Finals this year. After seeding is complete (morning session), we will have more traditional play to determine overall ranks.
Middle School teams are welcome to register for the tournament.
Teams’ rosters must be finalized by Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
No rush on payments. Invoices will be sent in October.

Team entry fees per school
- Team 1: $100
- Team 2 and subsequent teams: $90 each
Discounts
- Buzzer discount: -$5 per working buzzer system
Additional entry information
- Minimum fee per team: $90
We will provide the $5 buzzer discount per buzzer until we have met our tournament needs (based on registration order).
