I didn't stay for the awards, but Johns Creek won the final quick recall match against Johnson County 33-30. Russell played Edmonson A in the consolation, but I don't have the results of that one. I can probably have a more thorough answer on Monday.

Edmonson County B and C are probably better labeled Edmonson County Middle School A and B, for Byko purposes.

We're really looking forward to this tournament. It's always well-run, and I've been impressed with HSPAQ so far.

Edmonson actually defeated Lone Oak in the consolation.

I don't know how it is now, but when I played, the format at BETA was different each year. We had everything from modified ACF to first-to-eleven speed tossups. I always wondered why there wasn't an official format.

Thanks for the replies. My team (Edmonson County (KY)) went to NAC my junior and senior years ('98-'99) and I've always wished we had tried at least one of the others.
