Re: On HS Teams Without Coaches

I am not sure that regulating "rogue" or unofficial teams is the most effective way to constrain student misbehavior. While adults may have the opportunity to attain greater maturity, it is to nobody's surprise that adults, even coaches, are more than capable of committing misconduct as w...

It's actually 5/4. See the last two lines. Also, the total is 22/21, but the post says the total is 22/20.
I think the post implies that they will be "subtracting a bonus", so it will be 22/20...if we're really entertaining this thought

Well, I'd like to start off my saying that I had fun at the tournament, but there are still some things that really did not sit well with me: -The Solo tournament was rather doomed from the start, it's certainly not Boston Latin's fault...the circuit is too small to really have a significant solo to...

We're also even more tentatively claiming the weekend before HSNCT for 2019 state championships, which should also help for nationals prep to all the teams that are going.

Well, another season has certainly flown by...and I must say, it's been a fun one. 7 Massachusetts Teams will be at HSNCT in May, representing 6 schools, while AMSA will also be at PACE, so it's safe to say that the higher tier of MA quizbowl is still somewhat intact.
