Sorry about the tardiness, I just updated the field. We are still eagerly accepting other teams.

Re: MSU Fall Kickoff Tournament 10/13
Just posted an update, also updated that we have no team cap so schools are welcome to send more than two teams without being on a waitlist.EulerAlert wrote: ↑Mon Oct 01, 2018 12:19 am Seeing as the 13th is coming up pretty quick, is there any chance of a field update for schools that are looking to register/register additional teams?

Re: POSSIBLE DATE CHANGE: 2018 ACF Fall Great Lakes @ Ohio State (11/3/18 -OR- 11/4/18)
Would love to get a definitive date on this tournament soon.
If collegiate game times only get announced 7-10 days ahead of time that seems a little too last minute for clubs to choose their location, register, and book hotel rooms.

Re: How Can We Make Quizbowl More Approachable and Inclusive
Alright I have some questions/concerns that relate to this topic but they take a bit of a different direction than most of the discussion that's been going on here. Most of this thread seems to be how to make quiz bowl inclusive AT tournaments, but I feel like steps also need to be taken BEFORE tour...

Re: We Need an Alternative to the Women in Quizbowl Forum
While I do understand the possible reasons behind having a separate WiQB forum I think that its ultimately unnecessary. Any discussions directly relating to women or any other minorities shouldn't be separated out from any other discussion. Just because we may be a minority doesn't mean that we shou...

Re: How Do You Run Your Club
Last year, I did everything Briana did this semester and also edited a 20 packet high school set. To be fair Harris, in order to run the club and edit the entire set you stayed up until ungodly hours of the night or didn't even sleep at all, and that was also with missing multiple deadlines for the...

How Do You Run Your Club
After spending a semester running the club at MSU without really knowing how things in collegiate quiz bowl worked and mostly flying by the seat of my pants I wanted to think of ways to make things run more smoothly. I also became curious about how other colleges ran their collegiate teams. So just ...

Re: How far should we tolerate hate speech in quizbowl?
While I can't say that someone holding those sorts of ideologies isn't worrying and possibly scary to a certain extent, I don't believe that it is enough reason to ban someone. I'm sure there are probably (although I can't say for sure) people in the quiz bowl community that have some extreme views ...

Re: Women in Quizbowl 2017 Edition
Anger 1: Actual Competition Anyone who is in quiz bowl knows that there's significantly more men in the activity than women. There was a cool experience I had at Penn Bowl this year at Northwestern. My team consisted of me, two other females, and only one male and one of our matches was against an e...
