James Clemens beats Spain Park 310-305 on the last question of Game 3 of the best of 3 finals to win the ASCA State Tournament. The first match went to Spain Park on a tiebreaker, the second to James Clemens on the last question.

Russellville will have a team. How good they'll be depends on A: How well Nick plays sans the other 3 starters. B: How much Joe improves (he was a solid player, but him getting better would be nice) C: What the younger kids do. I fully expect this group to get to state, but after that, who knows?

Nice win for our guys. Beating Brindlee is not an easy task at all, and especially on NAQT questions.

I am assuming that there is no B team(6 or fewer players), or that the B team is the one doing the slaughtering(as is entirely possible). If neither of these are true, then slaughter away. Why was the Shoals district split like that? There are 8 available district games, so a single pool of 7 would be the obvious way to do this. ASCA is so freakin' weird...
